Jon Proch is cofounder and member of Proch & Proch LLC. He has over 20 years of experience in public and private accounting. Jon has advised both domestic and international clients on a range of financial and business matters from tax planning, budget analysis and preparation and also internal control policies and procedures.

Jon was a Chief Financial Officer and VP Finance in the biotech, retail, and healthcare industries. He has extensive experience in the hospitality, real estate, and construction industries. Expertise includes operating and capital financing; financial planning, analysis and reporting; risk management; internal control policies and procedures; and acquisitions and divestitures. Jon was a manager in an international CPA firm. His tax experience includes planning and compliance in international, multi-state, consolidated, estate and gift taxation. He has performed audits in hospitality, construction, manufacturing, employee benefit plans, non-profit and wholesale distribution.

Mr. Proch received his M.B.A. from Loyola College and holds a B.S. in accounting from the University of Maryland - College Park. He holds CPA licenses in Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C., and Florida.

Bonnie S. Proch, CPA & MS Accounting

Bonnie Proch is cofounder and member of Proch & Proch LLC. She has over 17 years of experience in public and private accounting.

Prior to Proch & Proch LLC, Ms. Proch worked with Deloitte & Touche, she then decided to work with the needs of smaller clients, thus she worked with a local public accounting firm. Bonnie also worked in the private industry as a Director of Finance and as a Controller in the Healthcare, Services, Biotech, & Advertising Industries. She has broad experience in making accounting departments run more efficiently, especially in a start-up environment.

Bonnie has implemented many accounting systems & is a Certified QuickBooks Proadvisor. Some of the accounting packages Bonnie has worked with are as follows: Peachtree, ATB, AccPac, Quicken, QuickBooks, MultiLedger, Cougar Mountain, Solomon, Great Plains, Industry specific, Customized & International Accounting Software. She is also proficient in Excel & Word and can assist your organization the best way to utilize these packages.

Ms. Proch received her masters in accounting from Florida International University & holds a B.S. in accounting from Bentley College in Waltham, MA. She holds CPA licenses in Maryland and Florida.
